Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Begins 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 1, 2026 and ends 4:00 p.m. PT on February 2, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s system time is the official timekeeping device.
How to Enter
You may enter for free during the Sweepstakes Period using either:
(A) the In-App Method (entries tracked automatically), or
(B) the Online Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) (free Google Form).
No purchase is required. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
A) In-App Method (Tracked Automatically) — up to 15 entries total
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may earn entries through the Lovage app as follows, as determined solely by Sponsor’s app/database records:
Base Entry (1 entry): During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry when the entrant creates a new Lovage account.
Create a Book With Me Post (2 additional entries; limit 1): Entrant will receive two (2) additional entries if the entrant creates a post using the Lovage in-app Book With Me post creation flow and successfully completes the post creation process through the final in-app completion event (e.g., an “Export,” “Save,” or “Download” success confirmation screen), as recorded by Sponsor’s systems. Limit: two (2) additional entries per person/account during the Sweepstakes Period for this method, regardless of the number of posts created. Multiple completed Book With Me posts will not result in additional entries beyond the one (1) additional entry available for this method.
Create an AI Magic Post (2 additional entries; limit 1): Entrant will receive two (2) additional entries if the entrant creates a post using the Lovage in-app AI Magic post creation flow and successfully completes the post creation process through the final in-app completion event (e.g., an “Export,” “Save,” or “Download” success confirmation screen), as recorded by Sponsor’s systems. Limit: two (2) additional entries per person/account during the Sweepstakes Period for this method, regardless of the number of posts created. Multiple completed AI Magic posts will not result in additional entries beyond the one (1) additional entry available for this method.
Enable Push Notifications (1 additional entry): Entrant will receive one (1) additional entry if the entrant enables push notifications for the Lovage app on the entrant’s device during the Sweepstakes Period, meaning the device permission status for Lovage is set to “enabled/authorized” (or equivalent) and, if applicable, the device is successfully registered to receive push notifications, as recorded by Sponsor’s systems.
Upgrade to Lovage Pro (10 additional entries): Entrant will receive ten (10) additional entries if the entrant purchases a paid Lovage Pro subscription during the Sweepstakes Period and the initial purchase is successfully processed, as recorded by Sponsor’s systems. If the purchase is canceled, refunded, or charged back, Sponsor may, in its discretion, disqualify related entries or adjust entry totals.
Invite a Friend Referral (3 additional entries per verified referral; limit 3): Entrant will receive three (3) additional entries for each “Verified Referral” completed during the Sweepstakes Period, up to a maximum of three (3) Verified Referrals per entrant/account (maximum nine (9) additional entries total for this method).
A “Verified Referral” occurs when: (i) the entrant shares or provides the entrant’s unique referral code to a friend; (ii) the friend is a new user who creates a Lovage account and enters the entrant’s referral code during the referral code entry step in mobile app onboarding; and (iii) the friend successfully completes the Lovage app onboarding flow through the final in-app onboarding completion event (e.g., “Onboarding Complete” screen/event), as recorded by Sponsor’s systems.
Timing: To qualify as a Verified Referral, the referred friend’s account creation, referral code entry, and onboarding completion must all occur during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limitations/conditions:
Referral entries are awarded only for referrals that Sponsor verifies in Sponsor’s systems.
A referred friend must be a new user (i.e., not previously registered with Lovage) as determined by Sponsor (for example, based on account identifiers such as email, phone number, device identifiers, or other anti-fraud signals).
Self-referrals are prohibited. Sponsor may, in its discretion, disqualify referrals that appear to be fraudulent, automated, or intended to circumvent entry limits (including referrals involving the same person, the same device, multiple accounts controlled by the same person, or other suspicious activity).
If a referred account is canceled, deleted, determined to be invalid, or otherwise determined to be ineligible or fraudulent, Sponsor may, in its discretion, revoke or adjust any related referral entries.
Sponsor is not required to accept screenshots or manual proof for in-app actions but may request additional verification at Sponsor’s discretion.
B) Online Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) — FREE (25 entries)
To enter without completing in-app actions and without purchasing Lovage Pro, submit the free online AMOE entry form during the Sweepstakes Period:

A properly completed AMOE submission awards the entrant twenty-five (25) entries, subject to the Entry Limits in Section 5.
Important: Entrants may enter via the in-app method, the AMOE method, or both; however, total entries will not exceed the maximum stated in Section 5.
Entry Limits
Limit twenty-five (25) total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method(s).
Sponsor may deduplicate and enforce limits based on email, phone number, device identifiers, account identifiers, and/or other fraud-prevention signals in Sponsor’s discretion.
If an entrant both (a) earns entries through in-app actions and (b) submits an AMOE entry, Sponsor will apply the 25-entry maximum cap.
Prize
Grand Prize (1 winner): A Hawaii trip for two (2) consisting of:
Round-trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) travel companion from a major airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Honolulu International Airport (HNL); and
Five (5) nights hotel accommodations in Waikiki, single room, double occupancy.
Maximum Prize Value / Trip Credit Cap: $3,200 total for airfare + hotel combined.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $3,200.
Prize will be booked by Sponsor using Sponsor’s travel booking methods (which may include points). Winner will not receive cash, points, or any unused value. No substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Travel Conditions / Restrictions
Trip must be booked at least 30 days in advance.
Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026.
Sponsor selects airline, flights, hotel, and itinerary at Sponsor's discretion.
Flights are coach/economy only. No upgrades are covered.
Winner is responsible for all costs not expressly stated, including but not limited to: ground transportation, baggage fees, seat upgrades, resort fees, incidentals, meals, beverages, activities, and travel insurance.
Travel is subject to availability. Sponsor may restrict travel during peak-demand periods/major holidays to keep the prize within the $3,200 cap.
Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary.
Travel companion must be 18+ unless Sponsor agrees otherwise (e.g., if winner is parent/legal guardian).
Sponsor is not responsible for flight delays/cancellations; airline/hotel policies apply.
If winner cannot travel as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Winner Selection & Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 13, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.
Sponsor may require winner to complete and return within the timeframe specified by Sponsor:
Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release
Travel companion waiver/release (required)
Where permitted, a Publicity Release
Valid government-issued ID
If winner is unreachable, fails to respond, fails verification, or fails to return documents on time, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. Taxes / W-9 / 1099
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will issue applicable tax forms as required. Winner must provide a completed W-9 within thirty (30) days of request or winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, image, voice, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
12. General Conditions; Fraud; Tampering; Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be:
(a) tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or Sponsor’s systems;
(b) acting in violation of these Official Rules;
(c) acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or harassing manner;
(d) submitting false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or deceptive information;
(e) using bots, scripts, automation, multiple accounts, disposable emails/phone numbers, or any other method intended to unfairly increase chances of winning;
(f) attempting to circumvent eligibility requirements or the entry limits in Section 5; or
(g) otherwise attempting to undermine the legitimate operation, integrity, or fairness of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may disqualify any entries that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, are fraudulent, manipulated, improperly submitted, generated by automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, including eligibility, entry verification, entry limits, and winner selection, are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind (including hardware/software/network failures); interrupted or unavailable network connections; or unauthorized human intervention.
If Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes is compromised by fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right (subject to applicable law) to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor may select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action taken.
13. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) errors of any kind in the administration of the Sweepstakes; (b) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation or use of the app; (c) failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware/software, internet, cellular, or network connectivity; or (d) any other errors or malfunctions that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate.
15. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer this Sweepstakes, contact entrants and the winner, and for Sponsor’s internal promotional and operational purposes as described in Sponsor’s privacy practices. Privacy policy URL: https://www.getlovage.com/privacy-policy.
16. Governing Law / Venue
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
17. Winner List
To request the winner’s name (available after winner confirmation), send an email to Support@getlovage.com with subject line “Winner List Request” by March 31, 2026.
